We Are Wellness Collective didn't start with a business plan! It started with two people who kept showing up in the same spaces, events, studios, gyms, shoots, social feeds and realizing the wellness community around them deserved better support than it was getting.
why we started.
Orlando has an incredible wellness scene!
Studios with real culture, real community, and real results! But so many of them were struggling to show that to the world.. Because growing a business and creating content and managing creators is a full-time job on top of the full-time job they already had!
We saw the gap and decided to close it. Not from the outside looking in, but as people already embedded in this community, with the skills, the network, and the genuine passion to make it work!
The DUo behind the work
Before launching her own ventures, Rebecka spent her career in operations and program management, working as a project manager in commercial real estate, then as a program manager at Microsoft, and most recently leading data and reporting initiatives at Google globally.
She knows how to run complex projects, manage timelines, and bring structure. When she decided to build on her own terms, she launched Rose Girl Social, an Orlando-based event brand.
The combination is rare: someone who can art-direct a shoot in the morning, analyze campaign performance in the afternoon, and keep the entire operation running on time. For studios, that means the creative work actually gets done, on scope, on schedule, and with a strategy behind it!
Landon brings the front-facing energy that turns conversations into partnerships. With a background in sales and years of building client relationships, he knows how to walk into a room, earn trust quickly, and communicate value without pressure.
His natural ability to connect with people, and his experience in front of the camera give him a perspective that most agency people simply don't have. He knows what good content feels like from both sides, and that makes him better at sourcing, briefing, and managing the creators who will represent your brand!
